However, change is complex and typically calls on skills, experience and mindsets that organisations may not be able to free up sufficiently to provide the necessary critical and objective self-examination and analysis.
As a manager or potential client you already realise the risks of accepting consultancy offerings based on standard models and methods which are not informed by deep experience and understanding of the particular organisation and its environment. You are the expert on your organisation and need to control the change process.
OCP helps clients to identify their strategic requirements, and to develop and implement effective organisational responses, rapidly.

- understands that successful change depends on securing positive engagement by the organisation and staff and has the skills and experience to deliver this
- focusses on change as its core business and not as an add-on to other revenue streams such as information technology, human resources or accountancy
- brings specific industry expertise to complement our general organisational change management skills.
OCP is a growing management consultancy partnership formed at the beginning of 1993 by a group of people with extensive experience of large blue chip consultancy firms.
