GSK is undertaking a strategic review of all its Third Party relationships. This amounts to some 100,000 Third Parties covering Suppliers, Distributors and any other organisation with whom gsk transfers value with.
Gary Wooliston helped to shape the Third Party Oversight (TPO) programme and Board approval was given to assess all Third Parties over a 2 year time period.
Gary planned the deployment of TPO in line with the organisational landscape and the existing and emerging geographic risk profile. In addition Gary engaged with Senior Global and Regional Stakeholders in order to broker the deployment schedule and coached the programme team in order to sustain ongoing implementation.
GSK is now well underway in the implementation of an extremely complex programme of change. The Board sees the programme very positively and the organisation recently came 2nd in an international anti-corruption ranking.
